We want you to be pleased with
your assignment. Our staff will assist you in your quest to find a
job that is rewarding. A small part of your satisfaction is the
monetary rewards of the job, the balance is doing the job well.
Remember you represent AmSS at
the jobsite in a manner that reflects your abilities and the
confidence AmSS has placed in you. You must dress appropriately
and in accordance with the policy of the company where you are
working. No offensive language or images on T-shirts or hats are
permitted. No alcohol or non-prescription drugs are permitted at
any worksite.
You are to arrive at the jobsite
on time for your shift. If you are sick, you must call the jobsite
supervisor and the AmSS office that placed you. If you are going
to be late or need to leave early, you must talk to the jobsite
supervisor.
If you are injured at the
worksite, you must inform the jobsite supervisor and AmSS immediately.
You are required to seek medical care at our designated health
care providers during normal business hours. If your injury occurs
after normal business hours, you are to report to one of
the local hospitals.
If you have any other problems
at the worksite, you must contact the AmSS office that placed you.
If you walk off the job or do not complete the assignment, your
hourly pay rate will be dropped to minimum wage, you may also
jeopardize any future employment with our company.
IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE AN ASSIGNMENT:
- Your hourly rate will be reduced to minimum wage
- You will not be placed by AmSS at future jobsites
- The Employment office will be notified of your course of
action
NOTE: Many of our job
assignments are temporary to permanent in nature, this means you
may be screened for a full time position. Your performance is
being monitored and rated by AmSS and the jobsite supervisor. |
